At Lulo Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl or merchandise isn't music to your ears, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Records
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring vinyl records are secured between stiff cardboard to prevent warping or damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned items to ensure they are in their original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
